Merchandiser Responsibilities:
Plan and manage store merchandising activities and strategies for all locations
Perform regular store visits to conduct inspections, measure product placement, and oversee maintenance
Coordinate digital image scanning and tagging
Promote seasonal and promotional programs
Identify and troubleshoot merchandising issues that reduce blind-spot sales while increasing store margins
Maintain up-to-date training records and action plans for all direct reports
Communicate with suppliers to coordinate sales and delivery
Enforce all company policies and procedures
Requirements And Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, marketing, or related field
2+ years’ experience in merchandising
Knowledge of retail shopping habits and trends
Proven ability to plan, develop, and manage marketing and merchandising projects
Have a good Knowledge of Footwear industry
Willing to placement at Tangerang
