Mep Supervisor Jobs

AKR Bumi Cipta is a Supervision Consultant looking for MEP Supervisor who has experience in building construction. This position is responsible for managing, coordinating, organizing, controlling, optimizing all MEP works.

Principal Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate to Project Manager.
• Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership in construction engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve technical submissions, including method statements, construction procedures, and material specifications.
• Agile is a must.
• Collaborate with the project team, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to develop and implement effective construction strategies and plans.
• Broad/depth knowledge in MEP technical.
• Manage and resolve any construction-related conflicts or disputes in a proactive and efficient manner.
• Has great communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Review and analyze project requirements, design specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client expectations.
• Broad/depth knowledge in DED, BoQ, and Change Order implementation.
• Prepare regular progress reports, technical documentation, and presentations for project management and clients.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Have minimum 3 years experiences as MEP Supervisor.
• Bachelor/ master’s degree from reputable university especially from Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction engineering principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, and work independently.
• Proven ability to manage construction activities, contractors, and subcontractors effectively.
