Things you will do:

• In charge of overseeing all MEP and IoT QC work.
• Ensure the electrical/mechanical/plumbing/IoT work carried out is as per the approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.
• Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance with the specification, consultant’s design, and existing local authority standards.
• Ensure that the installation, inspection, and testing of all the electrical/mechanical equipment, fittings, and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant's requirements.
• Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.

• Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practices.
• Ability to read and understand DED, Wiring Diagram, IoT & shop drawing.
• Minimum 3 years experience in quality control-related field.
• Humility, zero egos, and excellent collaborative spirit. We are all here to learn and grow as a team but capable of working alone.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and keen attention to detail.
• Willing to work in Bandung, with frequent travel.
• Understanding of welding process, good in documentation and reporting skills.
• Maturity, roll-up sleeve mindset, and people development enthusiast.
• Up-to-date knowledge of construction standards and best practices.
• Ability to use MEP & IoT measuring devices and instruments.
