Job Description
  1. Product Development: Collaborating with the design and development team to create new bag designs based on customer requirements, market trends, and production feasibility. Managing product samples, prototypes, and approvals.
  2. Order Management: Receiving and reviewing customer orders, coordinating with the production team to ensure order feasibility, tracking production progress, and communicating updates to customers.
  3. Production Planning: Planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and components, and optimizing production efficiency.
  4. Quality Control: Conducting regular inspections of finished bags to ensure they meet quality standards, coordinating with the quality control team to address any quality issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  5. Supply Chain Management: Coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery of raw materials, managing inventory levels, and optimizing procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and efficient supply chain operations.
  6. Communication and Coordination: Facilitating effective communication and coordination between various internal departments, such as design, production, quality control, procurement, and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  7. Customer Service: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, providing updates on order status, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of production and order details, preparing reports, and managing documentation related to product specifications, quality control, and shipping.
  9. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving production or operational issues, such as delays, quality concerns, or supply chain disruptions, in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for product development and business strategy.
