Maximo Specialist Jobs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with maintenance managers and staff and maintenance team to ensure preventive maintenance schedules are correct.
• Work closely with maintenance team to ensure Maximo data requirements meet local objectives and expectations.
• Improve reliability of Indocement equipment by increasing the utilization of maintenance system.
• Manage database structures by monitoring and adjusting the internal structures (tuning) as required
• Support IBM Maximo System administration and Maximo Integration Framework
• In conjunction with maintenance managers and staff and maintenance team, review and modify/create facility maintenance job/work plans, routes, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Gather data requirements for Maximo workflow processes.
• Maintain, configure and troubleshoot Maximo servers
• Assist clients with Maximo user account related issues
• Create training, operations, and development documentation.
• Verify, create, and manage facility equipment/assets, their locations, and hierarchy.

Qualifications

• Have a working knowledge of facilities related work order scheduling and tracking, corrective and preventive maintenance work order scheduling and management, and facilities equipment/assets.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with minimum GPA of 3.0.

• Requires an understanding and working knowledge of Maximo functional capabilities and workflows primarily in the area of facilities operations and maintenance.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa.
• Certificate: Min. Maximo Level II
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with IBM Maximo.
