Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons to students pursuing their A Level qualification, covering a range of topics including algebra, calculus, statistics, and mechanics.
2. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, inquiry, and problem-solving skills development.
3. Develop and implement effective lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with the A Level mathematics curriculum.
4. Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, including interactive lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and practical applications, to enhance students' understanding and retention of mathematical concepts.
5. Provide guidance and support to students in their mathematical inquiries, coursework, and exam preparation, offering individualized assistance as needed.
6. Assess and evaluate student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback and constructive guidance to promote continuous improvement.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and achievement, adhering to institutional policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
2. Teaching qualification or certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is highly desirable.
3. Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the A Level or equivalent level, with a track record of successful student outcomes.
4. In-depth knowledge of the A Level mathematics curriculum and the ability to effectively teach and explain complex mathematical concepts.
