Material Masterlist Coordinator Jobs

Qualifications:

• Good English skills (write/read/speak)
• 10 years experience in the materials handling field with a bachelor’s degree or 20 years experience with a high School Diploma
• Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, excel, powerpoint, and SAP systems.
• Lives in Gresik area is preferred
• Team player and excellent communicating skills.

Report to: Materials Manager:

• To follow-up OSDR (over short damage Report) to Project Procurement to close out
• Organizing with KPI for the Barge and handling Equipment utilization at the site to support the Project requirement
• To monitor and control Project Materials (Owner Purchased and Contractors' Materials) from Client’s Offsites to the Cargo dock onsite,
• Hand-over documents, and materials to the Client’s operation.
• To monitor and control MRs to close out, including back charging reporting to the Project Contract Group
• Preparing the required space ready at receiving laydown Cargo dock before the ship arrives at the Cargo dock.
• Heavy experience in Custom Clearing (Master List) working for Multi-Nationals with the ability to import with tax exemption
• To monitor and control Project’s materials (Owner Purchased and Contractors' Materials) scheduled by MCG/GSC
• Monitoring and controlling the contractor and sub-contractor Material management execution according to Contactor Material Management Execution Plan.
• To create VRMS and HMAF/OSH forms for Contractors on the Client’s system
• Monitor Owner Purchased Materials from suppliers to Client’s Off-site facilities,
• Preparation to Close out the Smelter Projects
• To monitor and control Backloads containers, Backloads for Owners and Vendor Materials
• Processing Project’s Material Request (MR) for Reservation, Procurement, and Client’s Inter Departments services
• Preparing the Priority delivery plan to Project Laydowns
• To monitor and control Scrap materials according to Project instructions and Client regulations
• Recording, Filing, and Reporting.
• Collecting Project materials Manifest as per shipping schedule
• To expedite the Urgent Owners Purchased materials to Procurement.
• Coordination with Transport/Barge operator and Client’s MCG for delivery schedule inbound and outbound accordingly,
