We are hiring a skilled & professional massage therapist responsible for providing relaxation massage treatments to clients through various massage techniques and bodywork modalities that help clients relieve stress, reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation.

Job Details

• Job Type:Permanent & Full-time employment(On successful completion of probation period)

• Reporting: Operations Manager

• Job Location: Kuwait City Onsite (needs relocation)

• Salary: Tax-Free Basic salary of 140 to 160 Kuwait Dinars per month
• (Based on relevant work experience, skills and interview selection)

• Incentives & Bonus: 1 Kuwait Dinar on getting a 5-star rating from customers for each session.

Mandatory Requirement

§3 + years of Massage Therapist experience with a reputed Organization / Spa / Hotel

§Experienced in Deep Tissue massage, Foot massage, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage & Assisted Stretching.

§Minimum 2 years’ validity on the passport expiry date

Skills and experience required

§Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and bodywork modalities.

§Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally & empathetically

§Physical stamina and dexterity to perform massage treatments effectively and for extended periods.

§Knowledge of human anatomy and understanding of common musculoskeletal conditions.

§Ability to adapt massage techniques to accommodate client preferences and specific needs.

§Professionalism and adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Key roles & responsibilities

§Conducting client assessments: Assess clients' needs, medical histories, and specific concerns to determine the appropriate massage techniques and treatments

§Providing massage treatments: Administer various massage techniques, such as Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Sports massage, Foot massage, and Assisted stretching based on client preferences /needs

§Applying appropriate pressure: Adjust the pressure and intensity of massage techniques to ensure client comfort and safety, while addressing specific areas of concern or tension

§Maintaining a clean and organized workspace: Prepare treatment rooms, ensure cleanliness, proper sanitation of equipment, and stocking necessary supplies.

§Educating clients: Offer guidance and advice on self-care, stretching exercises, and relaxation techniques to promote the benefits of massage therapy beyond the session.

§Adhering to ethical standards: Maintain confidentiality, establish professional boundaries, and comply with ethical guidelines and legal regulations regarding client privacy and well-being.

§Continual professional development: Stay updated on new massage techniques, industry trends, and advancements in the field by attending workshops, training sessions, and continuing education programs.
