The combination of infrastructure owned by AKR in Indonesia and bp's experience of high-quality fuel all over the world are expected to provide added value for the fulfillment of fuel needs in Indonesia.

Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Senior Supervisor at our Kebon Jeruk location. The Marketing Senior Supervisor will be responsible for :

• Assist the implementation B2B Loyalty Program, and administrated support for B2B partners
• Support LDP Manager to analyze internal data and constant update on business & users trends from time to time to create a competitive edge for the program
• Support LDP Manager for administrated support for cross promotions with NFR partner with like-minded brands to expand rewards offerings
• Support LDPMG to drive our upcoming Customer Loyalty Program which includes the management of membership acquisition, cross partnerships, integrated membership marketing, data analysis and budget tracking, Make BOQ, PR
• Supporting operationalization promotion program
• Support reporting Digital Payment Activations with the objectives of driving acquisition, engagement and spend

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading successful marketing campaigns and initiatives with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
• Experience in the fuel, oil, or energy industry is preferred
• Experience in the development of pricing strategies, advertising, public relations and marketing communications
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Creative Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Informatic system or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in marketing or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Detailed knowledge of creative marketing strategies and techniques, as well as a demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively
• Experience in market research, creating targeted marketing messages and promotional activities, developing and executing plans for different channels and marketing software platforms
