Marketing Officer Jobs

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Experience as Marketing or Legal Officer around 1-2 years.
• Computer literate and attention to detail person
• Capable to review the contract, negotiating with the customers, maintain the relationship with the customers
• Willing to be placed in our HQ in Central Jakarta
• Communicative in English both oral and written
• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law/Marketing from any University

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Meet customer documentation requirements.
• Provide friendly and pleasant service.
• Approach and look for new customers.
• Follow up on requests, questions and customer complaints.
• Responsible for the completeness of documents as partners in each budget year.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Complete and ensure the completeness of documents.
• Contacting and looking for a PIC/person in charge at every level of work.
• Take responsibility for smooth payment.
• Maintain clear two-way communication regarding what is expected of both parties.
• Following the flow of documents from the initial proposal process, contracts to the completion of project work.
• Monitor customer satisfaction.
• Determine the priority scale of work.
• Responsible for the completeness of documents for each project work.
• Cooperate with the finance department in order to bill the project term.
• Marketing the company's products.
• Make a time line for each existing project.
• Responsible for all job descriptions given by management.
