Job Description

The Marketing Manager will focus on the execution of the marketing plans and initiatives as budgeted and responsible for supervising promotional programs to incentivize the point of purchase, combine advertising both digital and conventional media promotion with promotional deals or attractive offers to entice consumers, and clients to buy products for maximizing the profit of the organization’s sales. She/ he is also responsible for researching, evaluating, and recommending enhancements to the market positioning of the organization’s products.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the corporate marketing budget based on a defined marketing plan.
  • Handle daily website content management and updates through interaction with the Group Corporate Web team.
  • Improve the organization's brand image and target the right audience for brand/sub-brands. Develop relationships with agencies and vendors at the corporate level for efficient branding execution. Monitor and report service delivery to management
  • Combine media and advertising requirements from individual businesses to create a centralized media buying plan. Build long-term relationships with vendors, media, and advertising agencies for specific services.
  • Oversee Region-specific Media agencies, PR Agencies, and Event management throughout the renewal, selection, and annual processes.
  • Develop macro-level strategies for the region's customer loyalty program, focusing on operational efficiency and expanding the customer base.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance branding and corporate affairs processes across all operations. Align concept and territory branding with corporate guidelines set by the marketing team.
  • Foster social goodwill through Corporate and territory-led CSR activities, partnering with relevant organizations for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate marketing Dubai headquarters on consolidation efforts.
  • Develop Corporate PR and Brand PR strategies with the help of a PR agency and brand teams to increase earned media presence and reputation management.
  • Review marketing and advertising consultants and agencies used by the Retail Group to ensure effective performance. Optimize media channel usage to maximize ROI. Integrate Media Planning with position-specific goals for efficient budget utilization.
  • Lead internal communication initiatives across offices and retail stores as needed. Collaborate with the Group's Corporate Communications team for region-specific programs.


Qualifications

  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including the ability to present concepts verbally.
  • At least 7 years & above of marketing and advertising experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in the fashion industry.
  • Roll-up-your sleeves, team player with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong in market and products analysis
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in fashion, digital media/social media.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills are required.
