The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be part of the Marketing Team where you will be responsible to find comprehensive marketing solutions based on the unique users data to ensure business improvement that drives the company growth. You’ll be working with various stakeholders across internal and external marketing departments to gain meaningful insights and foresee business gaps.


What You Will Do:

  • Validate all digital marketing data (including tag management) to ensure accuracy and alignment with overall business objectives
  • Provide Analytical and conduct both qualitative and quantitative research needs for various purposes (deep dives, root cause, etc)
  • Manage and Monitor Projects Related insights and analysis requires to work end to end with various division)
  • Supplies the market and competitive intelligence component of strategic planning, and proactively makes recommendations to management concerning key intelligence items that require further consideration from a marketing perspective.
  • Taking part of diverse project teams that mostly includes process improvement, operational excellence, and also business insights to help marketing teams identify potential growth for the business.
  • Work with Marketing Head and acting as internal consultant in the form of programs that consist of various action plans needed to be taken quickly and accurately once potential business opportunities and cost threat arises.
  • Investigating real-time (agile) market situations such as competitive benchmarking of digital landscape, this contributes to FIT HUB competitiveness against main competitors.
  • Building regular and various ad-hoc analysis and presenting the materials to top management that consist of investment needed in building aggressive on-demand industry.
  • Identifying threats in the changes of customers behavior, especially in the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity of the digital market.

What We Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Marketing Analytics or Business Intelligence
  • Strong customer focus and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadline constraints.
  • Excelling in data generators to conduct big data analytics using SQL, and various working tools such as all available in Google ecosystems.
  • Strong articulator with the proven ability to interact, consult with and professionally influence senior management.
  • Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Ability to articulate with strong presentation skills and excellent written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated strength numerical ability in problem solving and analytics and capable of driving insight to action.
