Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing all marketing departments (marketing communications, digital marketing, telemarketing, merchandise, and design) to support both central and centers campaigns.


TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Operation Management

  • Review EF center’s creative and marketing activities to ensure compliance with EF English First brand standards.
  • Lead and direct the Marketing team to ensure effective implementation of multi-channel marketing activities;
  • Advise and train Marketing Coordinators and/or Center Directors to enhance marketing effectiveness by creating an integrated marketing program rooted in strategic planning, with measurable goals, that delivers on business objectives;
  • Strengthen brand communications in digital media to further engage with consumers in online and social media platforms;
  • Develop good working relationships with EF English First investors and become a vital, strategic advisor to their center’s business;
  • Responsible for spending Marketing budget effectively and achieving optimal results;


Research / Analysis

  • Set up regular reporting, measurement, and control systems to evaluate the results of marketing campaigns and projects;
  • Collect marketing intelligence, including media and PR trends and opportunities;
  • Regular monitor and share competitors marketing information to keep pace with market situations and opportunities;


Business / Marketing Strategies

  • Devise marketing communications strategy and plan to support the business objectives;
  • Equip EF English First team with the knowledge and tools to guide their marketing strategies and measure results properly.
  • Develop media strategy and determine appropriate media mix to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation;


Budget

  • Conduct sourcing and ensure cost-effective purchasing of relevant marketing materials;
  • Ensure sufficient quotations are compared and evaluated before final vendor and purchase decisions.
  • Follow up on marketing expenses and payment settlement to adhere with internal account procedures and policy;
  • Monitor and control marketing spending within the assigned budget and ensure cost-effective spending on all marketing activities and projects;


SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Exposure both in offline and online marketing;
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel);
  • Experience in rebranding is a plus.
  • Experience in lead generation marketing programs;


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related;
  • Min. 10 years relevant working experience (3 years in senior/managerial position)
