·Maintain strong communication to customer
·Maintain customer reports, Collecting and analyzing customer feedbacks

·Conceptualize and design high-quality print, display, digital and video work that aligns with school goals
Qualification
·Bachelor's Degree in Communication/ Public Relations/ English or Chinese Language, GPA min 3.0
·Working experience in any Customer Service department for min 2 years. Preferably exp working in education or hospitality industry.
·Know about Complaint management.
·Know about customer service standard, policy and procedures.
·Know about customer loyalty programs implementation, email marketing, telemarketing, SMS marketing, mobile marketing.
· Know technology about graphic design, photograpy, videography, proficiency in desktop publishing or Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw or Adobe Premiere.
·Have a deep product knowledge; the latest industry trends and techniques;
·Fluent in English speaking, writing and listening
·Have an excellent communication (written and verbal)
·Have experience in handling events/competitions will be a plus
