These roles would be their next future leader for the companies, and also responsible for various roles such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, IT, Admin, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics. 

Responsibilities:

• Joining workshop and training session
• Fulfilling the ordered task as required
• Willing to give feedbacks or suggestion to develop the company
• Fulfilling the administration tasks.
• Contributing as a team player in each department

Requirements:

• Having good proficiency in MS Office
• Open for fresh graduate with no more than 2 years of working experience
• Having mandarin certification (HSK level 4 or above) would be a plus
• Diploma degree (Bachelor degree is preferred)
• Able to speak and write fluently in Chinese or Mandarin
• Willing to work at North Jakarta office
• Willing to participate and fulfill the Management Trainee program, including classes, activities, workshops, and field trainings
• Willing to be evaluated regularly
