What Will You Do

The Mechanic, or an Mechanical Maintenance Worker, is responsible for maintaining mechanical systems in production, packaging and utility machinery. Their duties include communicating with cross function to establish PM scheduling – execution, comply safety, GMP standard and capable to review the mechanical drawing or P&ID diagram to identify mechanical problem solving.

What We Are Looking For

Key Responsibilities

• Capable to handle electrical troubleshooting such as :

ü Failure of electrical parts.

ü Software malfunction.

ü Alarm of electrical component.

• Recorder hours and Maintenance Documentation.
• Maintain Production, packaging and Utility equipment as schedule.

ü All activity shall be capturing on work order record.

ü Work order shall be complies after finish the job.

ü Escalation process shall be implementation to supervisor if trouble shooting more than 1 hours.

• Use testing devices to identify and report Mechanical problems (pressure test, leak test)
• Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers
• Willing to work under pressure and shift pattern,
• Use hand and power tools such as drilling, grinding.
• Willing come to site for emergency case.
• Familiar to operate windows software.
• Understand and apply pneumatic and technical diagrams

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Safety standard Certification will be advantage
• Graduated from Polytechnic, Majoring in mechanical engineering.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical and Welcome from fresh graduated also.
• Good in English.
