Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Build libraries and frameworks that support large, complex web applications
  • Analyze machine learning algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and rank them based on their cost & benefit.
  • Develop and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve ML models/infrastructure and software that uses these models
  • Contribute to engineering efforts from planning and organization to execution and delivery to solve complex, real-world engineering problems
  • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Requirements
  • Able to solve complex business problem and apply machine learning to optimize critical business metrics.
  • Proficiency in using various database platform such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Hive, Bigquery, etc
  • Have industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML) models, ML infrastructure, Natural Language Processing or Deep Learning
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets
  • Proficiency in Python, R, Spark, Big Data Platforms, etc
  • Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proficiency in cloud using Microsoft Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse
  • Have solid knowledge in root-cause analysis, statistical, time-series, or predictive modelling skills
  • Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc
  • Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets
  • Proficiency in cloud using Microsoft Azure Machine Learning
  • 3-5 years of proven relevant work experience in Data Science
  • Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases
