Job Overview:

As a Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our foreign clients who are looking to do business in Indonesia. You will work closely with our team of consultants and lawyers to ensure that our clients receive the best possible advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian laws and regulations that may impact our clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure that our clients are compliant with Indonesian laws and regulations
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for our clients
• Work closely with our team of consultants and lawyers to provide comprehensive legal support to our clients
• Provide legal advice and support to foreign clients who are looking to do business in Indonesia
• Represent our clients in legal proceedings and negotiations

Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
• Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable university
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
