PT Shenhua Guohua Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (SGPJB) is a joint venture company between China Shenhua Energy Co. Ltd and PT PJB Investasi (subsidiary of PT Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali) were establish for IPP Project Assignment #PLTUJawa7 (2 x 1,050 MW) which is the first Coal-Fired Steam Power Plant with largest installed capacity per Unit (1,050 MW) in Indonesia using Ultra Super Critical (USC) Technology.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare legal documents (legal drafting, legal opinion, agreements, MoU, etc.)
• Ensuring the legal work process runs well and smoothly
• Coordination with Government Institutions
• Handling Company Permits (NIB, OSS, INSW, Import Approvals, PBG, SLF, Producer Importers, etc.)
• Making reports and analyzes as well as preparing monthly work and activities to be carried out and targets to be achieved
• Supervise the procurement process

Qualifications

• Having experience in related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Fluency in English both spoken and writtenEager to learn and have strong knowledge in corporate law, negotiation, dispute resolution, legal drafting and legal opinion
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable University
• Willing to be placed in SGPJB Head / Site Office, Serang area, Banten Province
• Good analytical, communication and time management

Salary

IDR 9.000.000 - 11.000.000 per month (before PPh)
