Job Description
Government Relation


  • Responsible to develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities, regulatory bodies, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and influencing policy decisions, advocating for the company's interests, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
  • Coordinating with external and internal parties for policy decisions


Land Acquisition - Taxation


  • Collecting data on land to be acquired or exchanged.
  • Responsible for administration in land acquisition
  • Creating and preparing land documents and certifications regarding to Taxation


Land Acquisition - Buyer & Negotiator


  • Responsible for buying land for the company
  • Negotiating with the land owner
  • Coordinating with external parties for buying land


Minimum Qualifications


  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Placement: Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
  • Bachelor's degree in (a) Law/Civil Engineering/Urban Planning, (b) Law/Urban Planning, or (c) Urban Planning/Public Administrations
