Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  2. Create and prepare legal documents for the company business process
  3. Perform administrative tasks, including preparing company documents (correspondence, letters, proposals, reports), personnel administration (such as employee contracts, attendance, leave, BPJS, and insurance) and manage company's emails, and drives.
  4. Create and develop SOP and its implementation within the company
  5. Schedule internal/external meetings and other company agendas. Prepare documents/presentations/materials for the meeting.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the development of laws and regulations
  7. Promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication.
  8. Build and manage good relationship with related business partners.
  9. Working closely with management on the company's strategies, starting from manpower planning, organizational development, and people management.



Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
  • Experience at least 1 year in legal affairs, corporate affairs, and/or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to prepare legal and corporate documents
