Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To meet leasing target by attracting new tenants, inviting prospective clients, rental negotiations
  • Developing attractive leasing packages
  • Developing relationships with key clients


Qualifications

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skill
  • Min. have 2 years working experiences in Leasing (any business sector)
  • Broad network connection
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Willing to be placed at Mall @Alam Sutera
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
