Kepala Teknik Panas Bumi

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Head of Engineering (Geothermal) or Kepala Teknik Panas Bumi (KTPB) with the following details:

Requirements:

• Has a adequate skill in using Windows (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) and other software
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Mechanical/Engineering or equivalent from reputable university. Master’s degree is a Plus
• Dynamic interpersonal skills for managing people and project execution
• Knowledgeable and articulate in the level of proficient of Health, Safety and Environmental standard (National/International)
• Able to work under pressure and irregular working hour (weekend/overtime) on site
• Exposed with people management and project management especially in the geothermal industry
• Exposed with geothermal operation, development and construction activities more than 15 years

s:

• Lead and design the environmental protection plan align with National and International standards
• Regularly report to the Kepala Inspektur Panas Bumi (KAIP) and Board of Directors for the project execution progress
• Lead and responsible for all of the exploration, construction, drilling and supporting activities in geothermal site
• Manage the high-risk activities during the exploration, construction and drilling by implementing high safety standard operating procedure
• Lead and design the implementation of Emergency Response System in geothermal operational area
• Lead and design the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) as well as Operational Excellence (OE) in geothermal operational area
• Maintain dynamic communication between local community, stakeholders and regulatory body
