We’re seeking an aspiring and talented Junior Product Designer to join our team, reporting to Senior Product Designer & Researcher. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers through user-centered design and research.
What will you do but not limited to:

• Design thoughtful, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for consumer-facing products and platforms
• Utilize and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other teams
• Involve in user research to inform design decisions

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and implement design decisions and research findings to stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, good self-management and ability to deliver projects on time
• Passionate in accelerating digital wealth distribution that will empower Indonesia’s digital economy
• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your process and mastery of design principles and user-centered methodologies
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, and have experience working along side front end engineer on converting design to front end
• Experience in conducting user research using various methods (e.g. surveys, interviews, usability testing) - background in consumer-facing products for Indonesian market is a strong plus
