Job Description

JUNIOR LAWYER (Bali based)

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy
  • University degree from a prominent university in Business Law/ Civil Law/International Law
  • Must possess good communication and problem solving skills
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Able to work well under pressure and outside normal hours
  • Willing to travel
  • Having working experience with law firm or as a Legal Consultant. Fresh graduate will be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Applicants must be able to work independently and in a team, be willing to take the initiative, work under pressure and with a variety of people and organizations
  • Preferred, reside in Bali
  • Experience with multi-national firms would be an advantage

Responsibilities;

  • To provide legal advise to the client
  • To prepare legal report for advisory services
  • To prepare draft of legal agreement/contract
  • To conduct with the Third Party needed, including Government
