In this position you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually engaging designs that effectively communicate our brand's message, enhance user experiences, and drive engagement across various platforms Your role will involve creating content, managing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our social media presence and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Responsibilities

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to understand design requirements and project objectives.

- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including, photos and video.

- Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand reach and build strong relationships.

-Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

-Review and provide feedback on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project goals.

-Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of design quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications

* Minimum D3 / SMK. Educational background in design graphic/communication or related fields is a plus.

* Proficient in using Adobe tools, such as, AI, PS, AE.

Able to translate creative concepts into visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.

* Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa and English.

* Good photography skills, and own a camera. Videography is a plus.

* Good organizational skills with attention to detail and effective time management abilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Awareness of confidentiality and professional ethics in handling sensitive information.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

* Able to work at our farm location in Lembang, Bandung.
