Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Brand Manager to oversee daily operations of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading our team of marketing, operation, finance, and human resource development. Ensuring that they are working collaboratively to achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the human resources development, ensuring that we have the right talent in the right roles and that all employees are engaged and motivated to deliver their best work
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth
- Ensure that our business complies with all relevant laws and regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our business operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all departments are working together effectively to achieve our business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a general management role, overseeing marketing, operations, finances, and human resources
- Experience working in furniture and interior design is preferred
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increase profitability
