Jr Product & Ux Reseacher

Roles:

UX Researchers play an important role to help everyone in the company focus on our users. You will do various research methods from surveys, in-depth-interview, usability testing, and contextual study.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously benchmark the Pluang Product vs other competitors in the market to gain insight and feedback for the Product Development Roadmap
• A deep sense of accountability, adaptability, and embracing ambiguity working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills
• Comfortable to give presentation with bigger audience
• Align with the stakeholders on the project background (goal, requirements, and expectations) understand and incorporate complex technical and business
• 0-1 year of past proven work experience as a UX Researcher or similar role - demonstrated a strong design thinking process
• Prepare end to end research plan and deliver high quality report (supported with data, develop conclusive and actionable insights, deliver product improvement suggestions)
• Comfortable working with data to clarify uncertain things (Data Driven Decision)
• Strong drive to make things happen and influence others to your thinking process

Qualifications:

• Advocate user-centric mindset and metrics to various stakeholders through persuasion, influence, and inclusion to deliver insights that would inspire and spark actions
• Comfortable to communicate using english, both written and verbal
• Align with the stakeholders on the project background (goal, requirements, and expectations) understand and incorporate complex technical and business
• Strong critical thinking and storytelling skills
• At least Bachelor's degree from top local or overseas universities. Background in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or Psychology, is a plus
• Collaborate with PMs, Product Designers, Growth, Data Team, and various stakeholders to design, prioritize, plan, and facilitate workshop on product development lifecycle
• Interest in the investment or financial sector is a must
