It Support Staff Jobs

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or related field (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
• Ability to work in team or independently.
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and ready to join immediately.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work overtime, if needed.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to meet the deadline.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Testing new technology and visit sites to support users job requirements in order to launch the missions successfully.
• Providing technical support for all users, such as repair and replace equipment as necessary, ensure that the device can be used properly, ensure device software can be used, maintain and monitor the device network system, ensure the company's computer data is safe, setting up accounts for new users, and perform data back-up.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers, and networks.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
