It Support Officer Jobs

Requirements:

1. Minimum Hold Diploma Degree (D3) / Bachelor's degree (S1) in IT/Computer Science or Equivalent
2. Has working experience of at least 1-3 years in IT related environment, especially in IT Infrastructure
3. Having good knowledge of Printers and Scanners Hardware and troubleshoots
4. Experiences in handling Windows, Linux, and MacOS Operating Systems.
5. Good knowledge of TCP/IP, UPnP, NAT, Firewall, Forwarding rules basic
6. Has basic PHP programming
7. Willing to be placed in Pondok Cabe Airports, Tanggerang

General responsibilities:

1. Provide end-user support for communication, for IT-related issues
2. Provide technical support across the company for IT systems, including connectivity, software, and hardware
3. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
4. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
5. Direct report to Project Manager
