Position Summary

As an IT Manager, you oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the efficient and secure operation of all IT systems. You have a strong technical background, a proven track record in managing IT teams, and an understanding of performance and individual performance criteria.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

The IT Manager is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:

• Support and manage a team of 3 to 5 individual contributors up to the Senior level, focusing on team deliverables, organizational health, and providing mentorship
• Provide strategic leadership, make tactical decisions, lead task creation, and act as a project manager for direct reports
• Influence multiple teams, improve information sharing, and provide strong peer support
• Familiarize yourself with AB Products & Services, including AccelByte Gaming Services (Play, Access, etc), AccelByte Development Toolkit, and AccelByte Multiplayer Servers
• Manage AccelByte's IT assets, including hardware and software
• Champion healthy team culture, manage team composition, and create individual growth plans
• Ensure output meets strategic outcomes, exceeds quality standards, and reduces uncertainty
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
• Handle complex projects, independently define tactical objectives, and contribute to multiple teams
• Run an organized, effective group, resolving issues, managing risks, and adapting to individual capabilities and styles
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems
• Implement and enforce security best practices, including endpoint antivirus software and security tools, while ensuring AccelByte employees' compliance

Qualifications/Experience Required

• 5-10 years of experience in the IT field
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other security framework is a plus
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation and procedures
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and adaptability skills
• Demonstrated experience with security best practices and tools
• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting of hardware and software applications
• Alignment with AccelByte's company culture and values
• 3 or more years of previous IT management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, or ITSM preferred
• Willing to work on-site at AccelByte Yogyakarta Office
• Familiarity with AccelByte Products & Services is a plus
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies, operating systems, and virtualization technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
