Job Description

Responsibilities

- Incharge in Helpdesk role

- Populate knowledge management for Helpdesk

- Involved in the development cycle process as technical writer

- create other necessary documents


Qualifications

  • Active students undergoing internship programs
  • Familiar with standard computer applications
  • Have interest to learn about Business Processes
  • Have good and polite language, both oral and written
  • Familiar in operating Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint.
  • Able to interact with others both face-to-face and online
  • Good in English at least passive English
