It Business Analyst Jobs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong people and project management skills.
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and ready to join immediately.
• Familiar with tools for making diagrams, JIRA, and TRELO.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Business Analyst.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Understand a basic of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and logical approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare specification document to be understood and implemented by software development team.
• Devise solution by designing UI/UX component, preparing necessary diagrams (Flowchart) and scenarios to be tested.
• Participate in UAT and application testing.
• Ensure the new feature is well documented and tested.
• Discovering insights about our business process and people behaviors.
• Project process Business Analysis.
• Identify use case, stakeholder, and business flow from the requirement.
• Create CRF/ARF documents.
• Identify new opportunities and make recommendations to improve and optimize and presentations.
