Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand UU 13 Tahun 2003, PP no 35 tahun 2021, UU No 11 tahun 2020
  • Responsible for the management of matters involving laws/laws in the company's business activities
  • Responsible for all mediation of industrial disputes both in the criminal and civil domains.
  • Implementing company regulations in all aspects of the company's business activities


Requirements:

  • Familiar with Ms. Office
  • Willing to be placement in Madiun and travel out of town and around the company's branches
  • Required skill : Fraud Management (Prevention & Investigation)
  • Bachelor's Degree from majoring Law
  • Having a minimum of two years experience in the related field. Especially in FMCG distributor companies.
