Job Description

We are hiring Internship / Associate (Mandarin Speaker) to support our digital stock broker company. This role will ensure smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for Localization Product In apps & Contribute to product training Material,Documentation.
  2. Translate and manage communication with local stakeholders with HQ team to define requirements and specifications.
  3. Coordinate and assist in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Mock Test & User Trainings with HQ team.
  4. Address product-related issues and provide resolutions to customer support teams.


Qualifications

  1. Internship with Chinese Bachelor's degree are welcome.
  2. Good communication skills in Mandarin is a must as counter part will be in China
  3. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality.
  4. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and development
