Internal Audit Staff / Senior Staff

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the foundational audit methodology and provide training to the team.
• Manage tasks effectively – deliver on commitment, time management and quality results.
• Identify and evaluate complex business risks, implications, and related opportunities for improvements of internal controls.
• Provide exemplary conduct to your team by demonstrating integrity in your work, professionalism in your conducts, commitment to quality deliverables and open / honest feedback to the team, peers and superior.
• Provide clear, concise, and organized documentation of the audit processes and findings.
• Proactively engage and communicate effectively with related stakeholders throughout the entirety of the audit process.
• Carry out the planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of process controls.
• Continuously develop and improve your technical skillset through self-studies and training / certification programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience related to OJK standards, regulatory and reporting requirements is an advantage.
• Minimum: University Degree (Bachelor/S1)
• Minimum of 1 year experience related to internal audit preferably in an Insurance Company.
