Infrastructure Project Manager Jobs

Sinar Mitbana Mas is a joint venture between Mitbana and Sinar Mas Land through its subsidiary, PT Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) Tbk. Synergising the global experience and technical expertise of our holding companies - Mitsubishi Corporation, Surbana Jurong and Sinar Mas Land, our mission is to build sustainable living communities and address the needs of the growing urban population in Indonesia. Building on BSD City’s track record as a flagship urban development, we will transform over 100 hectares of land in BSD City into first-of-its-kind integrated Transit-Oriented Developments (TODs) comprising residential units, commercial properties, living amenities and public transport nodes.

Responsibilities:

1. Involved in the tender process (shortlisted candidates, review technical proposal, tender evaluation report).
2. Ensure all design drawings are complete, correct, inline with design brief and local codes.
3. Coordination with Technical Planning to ensure all drawings are correct, inline with design brief and local codes.
4. Coordination with consultants to prepare the drawings.
5. Coordination with internal and external project stakeholders (eg. PLN, SML, Dishub etc.) to ensure all infrastructure works are executed as accordance to cost, time and quality.
6. Managing Extension of Time (EoT).
7. Review and approved the weekly report and payment from the contractors and suppliers.
8. Provide leadership and direction to the project team for infrastructure related works on site.
9. Prepare the weekly report of project progress to the management (Infra. & Landed Project Heads).
10. To ensure as-built drawing is submitted by respective contractor after completing a project.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in the same role.
3. Have a good knowledge in land grading works, flood and drainage, slope stability and earth retaining structure.
4. Good understanding of others civil engineering and utilities.
5. Effective communication with contractors.
6. Guide team to overcome challenges and complete projects on time and within budget.
7. Strong organizational skills with good leadership to lead a team of project staff.
8. Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
9. Strong work ethic, good teamwork and able to thrive in a new start-up environment.
10. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
