Information Technology Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of the project, including rigorous scope control and change management (technology enablement)
• Placement project (Kalimantan area)
• Managing end-to-end (multiple) Project process
• Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements
• Perform requirement gathering process from business user/operational team through documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered within mutually agreed scope and timeline as part of the user coverage platform strategy
• Supervising project documentation (during initiation, planning, execution & closing)

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and organize workload
• Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholder
• 2 years experience in Project Management as Coordinator (preferably IT/Technology Project)
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge or interest in technical areas and technology implementation in mining industry
