Job Description

Responsible for the implementation and operations of all technology infrastructures which includes data center,

network and server services, IP Phone, service monitoring, user support/helpdesk, workstation management, servers, storage and related software.


Requirement :

- All round IT Operation & Infrastructure specialist with at least 3 years hands-on experience.

- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Technologies, Windows Servers Active Directory and Group Policies.

- Good knowledge and experience on Network Configuration, Troubleshooting and Maintenance

- Specific knowledge and experience of CISCO and Aruba Devices (Router/Switch, AP, etc)

- Knowledge in VMWare (vCentre-ESXi ) and good understanding of Storage & Backup Technologies.

- Good knowledge in IT Service Management including IT asset and inventory control.

- Experienced in working with ticketing system and SLA.

- Willing to be placed in Brebes, Jawa Tengah
