Information Technology Manager (Project Manager & Developer Background)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
• Promote the motivation and commitment of the IT team (leadership)
• Determining strategies, planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and evaluating activities for developing information and communication technology infrastructure to support the company's business needs.
• Develop plan to implement new system / enhance existing one to meet changing business requirements – particularly with regards to new partnerships and integrations.
• Manage IT controls, including security concepts and terminology related to applications, databases, operating systems, and IT operations.
• Provide clear described business value to the team.
• Ensuring Information Assets across all departments are managed and maintained.
• Actively participating in strategic discussions with regards to IT road maps and IT budgeting by providing support with insights around maintaining governance and security.

• Qualifications
• Having good leadership skills and experience of managing a team.
• Understand IT networking.
• Having good problem solving skills, analytical and logical thinking.
• More than 5 years of experience in supervisory / managerial roles
• Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang.
• Experience in Project Management is a must.
• Experienced in software developer / programming (web apps or mobile apps).
• Bachelor’s degree (S1), higher in Information Technology or related field.
• Preferably English spoken
• Experience in the Retail Industry is a plus.
