• Treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality.
• Responsible as focal point of any ICSS (SCADA, ESD and FGS) control side issue and discuss the solution with ICSS/Package Vendor, Engineering and Commissioning Engineer to resolve if there is any issue.
• To carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors in line with discipline expertise.
• Ensure close coordination with other disciplines on all engineering, constructability, and operational matters.
• Ensuring that field instrument and fire and gas detector commissioning/ loop check is carried out according to loop testing procedure and comply with the check list item.
• Request assistance from shareholder specialists (remote head office), when required.
• Provide technical answers to site technical queries and provide support in deviations requests related to ICSS issues.
• Carry out work in compliance with COMPANY values and policies, relevant laws, and regulations, agreed COMPANY priorities and objectives, COMPANY standards and procedures and good industry practices.
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with Contractors, and in specific ad hoc meetings as required by management.
• Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other COMPANY HSE procedures in all activities.
• Supervision, control, review, and co-ordination of ICSS engineering development in compliance with project specifications and procedures, COMPANY specifications, discipline requirements and international codes, with respect of cost, schedule and required level of quality and safety applicable to this project.
• To participate in equipment FAT, SAT and other inspections at site/vendor premises as required.
• To ensure detailed weekly progress reporting to project management.
• Support Commissioning Functional Test Procedure execution from instrumentation side especially as control room operator to operates a sub system that being tested referring to Process Control Narrative as reference.
• To assist project management team to reply to various correspondence by providing technical support.
• To promote alternatives for field instrumented safety & control designs to reduce and to optimize the installations duration.
• Review and suggest to management possible design solutions and strategies related to brownfield tie-ins scope in relation with ICSS engineering scope.
• Having Knowledge of Field Instrument (Fire & Gas (Gas Detector Combustible and Toxic, Flame Detector, Smoke Detector, Heat Detector, Pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Flow Transmitter, Shutoff Valve, Control Valve).

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess a combination of work experience, skills and or qualifications in the following areas:

• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e., refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Instrumentation Engineering
• Has minimum 5 (five) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e., refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
