Job Description

  • Ensure company licenses and legal documents for all human resources related including expatriate data are updated and in compliance with the local laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement staffing strategies in alignment with business directions
  • Responsible for development initiatives in the continuous development of company human resources.
  • Responsible for Employee Relations’ activities including handling matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff misconduct, advising and guiding management on the best practices
  • Keep abreast of the market and consistent reviews to stay competitive.
  • Work closely with business to achieve strong employee engagement with different HR initiatives.
  • Being a business partner for all department leader related to human resources matters
  • Play a key role in providing HR expertise and advise for the entire spectrum of HR including recruitment, employer branding, compensation benefit, development, services, and general affair
  • Office facilities management and maintenance, office supplies, maintain relation with service providers. Maintain Insurance
  • Represent and play a key role in supporting and executing Corporate HR priorities aligning to company strategy
  • Ensure that company is in compliance with the local labour regulations.


Job Requirements

  • Has experiences in retail industry
  • Has good strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, conceptual thinking, public speaking, and negotiation skills
  • This position is reporting to CEO
  • Has managerial experiences at least 3 years
  • Has deep understanding in compensation and benefit
