Responsibilities :

• Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Post, update and remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled
• Assist for GA Administration
• Preparing and sending draft letters or emails to candidates
• Doing background check
• Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
• Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.

Qualifications :

• Detail-oriented
• Duration of an internship between 6-12 months
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Google savvy
• Available to Work From Office
• Fluent in English (verbal/written) communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Final year student with a degree in psychology
• Effective communication skills
