The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources and general affair field.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement company regulation properly
• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
• Manage office operations
• Manage expatriate living and working permit
• Assist management in conflict resolution
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards (Labor Law) and reduce risks (safety) related to daily management of employees
• Professionally handling new employees, and benefits packages (BPJS or another insurance)

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR GA field
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English or mandarin is required
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
