Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm and personalized welcome to guests, setting the tone for their journey through our unique culinary landscape.
• Offer insightful recommendations from our dynamic menu that celebrates local ingredients.
• Maintain the artistic ambiance of our dining area, ensuring each table reflects the essence of our concept.
• Collaborate harmoniously with our culinary artisans and service team to create a symphony of Flavors and experiences.
• Articulately communicate estimated wait times while guests Savor the ambiance of our restaurant.
• Manage reservations and seating assignments with finesse, ensuring a seamless flow of guests and impeccable service.
• Assist in coordinating private events and occasions that echo our restaurant's core philosophy.
• Attend to special requests and preferences, enhancing the personalized nature of our offerings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in upscale hospitality, particularly in fine dining or restaurants with innovative concepts.
• Professional presentation and superb communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, reflecting an ability to engage with diverse guests in a welcoming manner.
• Having a poised and refined demeanour.
• Familiar with any booking system.
• Proficient organizational skills to manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure while upholding our commitment to excellence.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays within a 5-day work schedule with 2 consecutive days off.
