Job Role :
- Orchestrate the development of creative strategies and guidelines covering all brands andproducts belong to the company that aligns with overall branding, marketing and sales goals.
- Lead a team of creative graphic designers, photographers, videographers and copywriters to ensure that the all design taks, content production and all creative deliverables are completed in an timely and effective manner and the Creative Department is operating under most effective and efficient resource allocation.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to the team to ensure that all branding and marketing collaterals as well as social media contents are visually appealing, engaging, of the desired quality and meet the guidelines of each respective brand.
- Oversee the production of all branding and marketing collaterals, from initial concept to final delivery, and ensure that everything is carried out on time and within budget.
- Work closely with other departments in special projects requiring cross-functional collaboration to ensure that project objectives are successfully achieved and all deliverables are completed within expected timeline.
- Manage departmental budget by implementing sound control mechanism to ensure that creative development and content production costs are always within approved budget.
- Keep abreast with the latest trends and technologies in the creative industry to ensure that the team is always adopting the most effective and efficient methods and tools in producing all creativedeliverables
