Responsibilities:

• Ensure the bar operates at peak efficiency, aligning with the standards for premium guest experience
• Represent the venue, liaising between the kitchen and patrons to facilitate a seamless and unforgettable experience
• Oversee correct drink preparation techniques from pouring to mixing.
• Organize training sessions focusing on best practices for drink preparation and promotional selling techniques.
• Deliver top-tier service experiences.
• Possess a deep appreciation for wines and spirits and confidently sueggest options to guests.
• Guide the bar staff in their daily tasks
• Familiarize yourself with our menu and offerings; your suggestions represent your expertise as a senior figure in the bar industry.

Requirements:

• Guarantee bartenders deliver service up to the desired standards, ensuring all guests experience top-tier service.
• Undertake bartender responsibilities as needed.
• Must have a background in the restaurant & bar industry with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Guide the Bar team in their daily tasks.
• Proficiency in office administration (OA) capabilities.
