Position: Growth Marketing Manager

Location: On-site in Bali, Indonesia (full-time)

I. Responsibilities:


1. Develop and Implement Growth Marketing Strategies:

- Create comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with Eco Tourism Bali's mission and goals.

- Identify target audiences and market segments to maximize outreach and impact.

- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing initiatives and achieve growth targets.


2. Lead Digital Marketing Initiatives:

- Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

- Develop engaging content that promotes Eco Tourism Bali's eco-friendly initiatives and responsible tourism practices.

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.


3. Drive Customer Acquisition and Retention:

- Develop and execute customer acquisition plans to attract sustainable and responsible travelers.

- Implement effective retention strategies to foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits.

- Utilize customer feedback and market research to enhance the overall customer experience.


4. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:

- Work closely with the sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

- Collaborate with local partners and influencers to amplify the company's brand message.


5. Manage Marketing Budget:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

- Monitor expenses, allocate resources wisely, and optimize marketing spending.


6. Measure and Report on Key Metrics:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives.

- Provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting marketing successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.


7. Stay Updated on Marketing Trends:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, marketing tools, and emerging technologies.

- Apply relevant trends and best practices to keep Eco Tourism Bali at the forefront of the eco-tourism market.


II. Qualifications:


1. Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven track record of at least 5 years in growth marketing, preferably in the travel, tourism, or eco-conscious industries.

- Experience in successfully managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.


2. Passion for Bali and ESG Values:

- A genuine love for Bali and an understanding of its unique eco-tourism opportunities and challenges.

- Strong commitment to environmental sustainability, social impact, and responsible tourism practices.
