Job Brief:

PT. Media Group Asia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Designer & Photographer/Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual text and imagery concepts, both by hand and using computer software. They will communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers and develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. Additionally, they will design and create graphics for various commercial and promotional needs, as well as capture high-quality photographs and videos for use in marketing materials.

Working Hours:

8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Day off on weekends

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of buildings, rooms, products, and models
• Collaborate with team members and follow or give orders as necessary
• Create visual text and imagery concepts, both by hand and using computer software
• Edit photographs and videos to deliver professional-quality results
• Communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers
• Prepare and set up indoor and outdoor shooting sessions
• Maintain and organize the internal Photo Studio and equipment
• Ensure all photographs and videos are in compliance with the company's branding guidelines and visual identity
• Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports
• Design and create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital uses including banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, magazine advertorials, etc.

Requirements:

• An organized approach to shooting, with a love for planning and creating storyboards
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus
• Strong experience in photography and video production, with a portfolio demonstrating your skills in both areas
• An artistic eye, capable of choosing the correct frame, angle, lighting, and arranging a scene to tell a story
• An eye for detail, ensuring every detail is captured consistently to produce only the highest quality photos and videos
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time-management skills and efficiency
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition principles
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Proficiency in using photography and video editing software, such as Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent programs
