LOFE is a local brand specializing in bath care products such as natural soap, bubble bath, bath bombs, bath salts, and more. Our goal at LOFE is to provide safe and affordable skincare solutions for people of all skin types, including those with sensitive skin. We strive to address the skin problems faced by our customers through innovative product development and effective marketing strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Create visually appealing designs for social media, campaigns, packaging, and other design requirements for LOFE.
2. Generate ideas and concepts for promotional and marketing initiatives, both for campaigns and general marketing needs.
3. Collaborate with other teams to execute campaigns and create engaging content.
4. Take responsibility for managing content on social media platforms, ecommerce channels, and other relevant channels.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Arts, Design, or Visual Communication with a minimum of 1 year of experience in related fields. Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of experience are also encouraged to apply.
2. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere. Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
3. Demonstrate creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
4. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
5. Basic photography and videography skills are essential.
6. Passionate about the beauty industry and an active user of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
7. Willingness to stay updated on current design trends, social media trends, and market insights.
8. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
9. A portfolio showcasing your design skills is required.

Work Hours and Location:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Location: Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta.
